❀ Youth Seminar on Learning and Beyond

09/20/2020: Under the pandemic, many children study remotely at home. The dramatic learning change brings a lot of challenges to the children. To help them better cope with the unprecedented obstacles, CALex invites four panelist students to share how they strive to navigate their lives and learning journey. They are students, student teachers or teaching assistants from DiYi Boston, where they take reading/writing courses and develop coursework to teach lower level students. They are masters of reading, writing, math or sports. Outside of student work, they are passionate leaders, enthusiastic for the public good, and actively participate in community services. Here are the slides and audio recording.

❀ My Chemistry Olympiad Journey

08/22/2020: In July 2020, the US team won 4 gold medals in the International Olympic Chemistry Competition. Alex has been participating in the science and math teams of LHS since the 9th grade, and has been the captain of these two teams since the 11th grade. CALex sincerely invites Alex to share learning and leadership experience with the community. Here are the slides and video recording.
