On Tuesday, April 3, 2018, CALex was invited to a conversation on “Demographics & Diversity: Retail and Business in Lexington” at Cary Memorial Building.
The evening meeting was attended by
- Selectwoman Suzie Barry and Selectman Joe Pato from Board of Selectmen
- Lexington Retailers Association
- Lexington Chamber of Commerce
- Local business owner representatives
- Various interest groups including CALex, CAAL, KOLex, ABCL, Lexington At Home and Lexington Pride.
The participants discussed various issues, shared personal experiences and provided valuable suggestions on the topic. All agreed that communication is the key for success in the area.
